Arugula, Spinach & Frisée
Here lies the ingredients for our salad. We start with baby arugula, baby spinach, and fresh California frisée in a medium bowl. We then add fresh diced mango, micro chives, edible orchids, candied whole pecans, and farm carrots and tomatoes. We brush the plate with a stroke of balsamic reduction. We toss the salad with a citrus honey dressing its then gently lay in the center of the plate to reflect all of the beautiful ingredients in this simple salad.
